I was in a bit of a rush when I realized there was an issue with my order, but they handled the reprint really fast. No hassle, no back-and-forth, and I had it back before it turned into a bigger problem.

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t thrilled that I had to reach out and deal with it in the first place. It felt like extra effort I shouldn’t have needed to put in. That said, support did sort it out quickly once I contacted them, so it ended okay. Not the smoothest start, but I’m satisfied overall.

I found all the print options I needed quickly, which was nice. There’s a lot to choose from, but it didn’t feel hard to find what I was looking for, you know?

There are a lot of ways to customize things, which is great — but it did take me a minute to figure everything out at first.

Ordering was simple enough and checkout went smooth. I just had to double check my file upload a couple times before finishing.

I ordered some stickers from Jakprints, and the first thing I checked was whether the count was right, since that’s usually where I notice problems first. Everything was there, and the colors and size matched what I sent in closely. One sheet had a tiny trim issue, but it wasn’t a big deal for what I needed. Overall, the order was accurate and I’d feel comfortable using them again.

I used jakprints for a small print order for an event, i was mostly watching the calendar more than anything else. They gave me a delivery date, and the box actually showed up that day, which is kind of the whole thing when you’ve got people waiting on it.
The print quality was solid too, so no complaints there. The only thing I would’ve liked was faster tracking updates, since I was checking more than I probably needed to. But overall, it worked out exactly how I needed it to

I ordered some custom prints from jakprints.com, the pricing seemed fair to me. It wasn’t, like, the absolute cheapest option I came across, but it also didn’t feel overpriced, and I appreciated that the total was clear before I checked out.
The quality was about what I expected for what I paid, so yeah, no weird surprises or anything. I’d probably use them again if the prices stay around the same.

I ordered a few small posters from Jakprints, and the ordering part was totally fine. Nothing weird happened with the website or the process, but once the prints showed up, I was let down. The colors just didn’t look right, and that was the main thing I kept noticing.

They looked dull compared to the file I sent in, like everything was a bit washed out. The edges on a few of them were also a little fuzzy, not super terrible, but still fuzzy enough to bother me. It wasn’t unusable, but the colors being off and the slightly blurry edges made the whole thing feel cheaper than I expected.
Shipping was okay, so I can’t really complain about that part, but the actual print quality just wasn’t there for me. I kept looking at them thinking the colors were off, the colors were dull, and the finish just wasn’t what I wanted. I gave 2 stars because they’re technically usable, but I probably wouldn’t order again if the look really mattered.

Everything worked out great! The artwork requirements were easy enough to figure out, and the whole process went really smoothlyyy.

Getting a refund from jakprints.com was sooo frustrating. I had to email them more than once, and the replies I got back were super short and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
The whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have, and it really felt like no one wanted to deal with it. I’m definitely not ordering from them again after this.

My order did show up on the day they said it would, so I can’t really complain about that. The tracking was okay, but some of the updates were a bit vague, which was annoying because I wasn’t always sure what was actually going on. It wasn’t the fastest delivery, but it was reliable enough, and I’d probably use them again.

Nothing felt very clear, so I ended up going back and forth way more than I expected. It kind of felt like I was chasing them just to make sure the order was right, which is the last thing you want before spending money on prints. By the end, I’d already wasted a bunch of time and still didn’t feel totally confident placing the order. I don’t think I’d use jakprints again.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but their design help was actually great. They fixed my file quickly and made the whole thing easier than I thought it would be. So yeah, thanks for that

I ordered a few shirts with screen printing and they came out better than I thought they would. The colors look nice and solid, the print feels clean, and nothing about them seemed cheap or thrown together. I washed a couple already too and they still look good, so yeah, happy with how the order turned out...

I ordered some prints from jakprints i was fully prepared to be annoyed about the colors. You know how it goes, things look great on your screen, then the prints show up looking weirdly dull or totally off, and suddenly you’re questioning everything.
But nope, these came out really close to what I had expected. The dark blues stayed dark without turning into a muddy mess, and the reds looked clean instead of that weird washed-out red some printers love to produce for no reason.
Best part is I didn’t have to reorder or fix anything, which feels like a small miracle at this point. If I need something color-sensitive printed again, I’d use jakprints without overthinking it.

I ordered some business cards and stickers from jakprints.com, and overall I’m happy with how they turned out. The material feels solid, not flimsy or cheap, and the cards have a nice thickness to them. The stickers stuck well too, and the colors looked good. I was a bit confused when I noticed one pack had a few edges that weren’t cut perfectly, but it wasn’t anything major. For the price, I’d say the quality is definitely good
